These services are offered in 120-min, 90-min, 60-min, and 30-min treatments depending on the modality. Please see below for descriptions and pricing. Therapeutic Massage

The manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance their function and promote relaxation and well-being.
Myofascial

Muscles, tendons, ligaments, and organs inside our bodies are covered with connective tissue. This modality helps break up the restrictions caused by connective tissues adhering together.

Concentrates on the deeper layers of muscles, reduces chronic pain, improves blood pressure, breaks up scar tissue, rehabilitates injured muscles, loosens superficial tissue restrictions and improves areas of restricted motion.
​Sports Massage

A more aggressive approach to ease pain and alleviate motion restriction with dysfunctional muscles. Involves activating the muscles while massage techniques are being applied.
Hot and Cold Stones
120-min: $250, 90-min: $200, 60-min: $150

Reduces local swelling, decreases muscle spasms,excellent in pain relief with sore and damaged muscles, stimulation of the autonomic nervous system, increases tissue metabolism, and boosts circulation.
Scar Tissue
30-min: $50

When trama is inflicted, our bodies defend themselves by building up protective walls called scar tissue. This technique reduces impingment that comes with this scar tissue and reduces the physical appearance of a scar.

Pressure is applied to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to different body organs and systems. Reflexology stimulates these organs and improves overall health.
Foot Treatments

Our feet are one of the most abused and negelected areas of our body. This luxurious treatment begins with your choice of a eucalyptus or lavender foot soak and is followed by stimulating, rejuvenating, and healing techniques.
Couple's Massage
90-min: $300, 60-min: $200

This therapeutic massage is given by two massage therapists to two clients at the same time in the same room. Different modalities available upon request and an additional charge if applicable. Must call to schedule.
Craniosacral Therapy
90-min; $150, 60-min: $100

This alternative therapy uses light pressure and gentle touch to palpate the spine, the pelvic bones, and the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. This therapy affects the pressure and circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord.
